The Renuka Lake – The largest natural lake of Himachal Pradesh situated at a height of 672M, shaped like a profile of a women regarded as a embodiment of the Godess Renuka and have been built during 18th century. However, the information about the temple is mouth heard and there is no concrete proof.

The lake lies in a long valley and surrounding slopes are covered with thick woods. The lake is full of colourful fish and other aquatic animals. The lake is surrounded by a wildlife sanctuary and a few other temples. Boating facility is available at the lake.
The holy fishes…
Its just a days drive.. and less time can be spent over there. Only Himachal pradesh tourism’s Guest house is there which belongs to the British period.
How ever it was quite cool, Greenish and enjoyable!
