On 4 June 2012, Scoot began its first flight to Sydney Airport in Australia.
Scoot’s medium and long-haul routes are mostly from Singapore, predominantly to Australia and China.
Scoot recently started its operations in India. Scoot currently has flights going from only two Indian cities—Chennai and Amritsar; future plans to expand in Jaipur.
